Al Waha Project for Women’s Fitness and Psychosocial Support

Al Waha fosters psychosocial support and basic health literacy, by helping to equip women with the tools and knowledge they need to improve their physical, emotional, and relational health. This program builds a sense of community and belonging while promoting women’s holistic health through exercise and education. During each month-long course, participants learn and practice yoga together and engage in health education lessons and discussions.
